Step 1
Place the cashew butter, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, water, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a food processor. Pulse until well combined.

Add the fresh herbs. Pulse again to incorporate.
Step 3
Line a ramekin or ring mold with plastic wrap. Scoop the cashew butter cheese into the ramekin, packing down and smoothing the top.
Step 4
Refrigerate until chilled and set. Once chilled, cashew butter cheese can be turned out of the ramekin or ring mold. Remove the plastic wrap and slice to serve.
