Step 1

Preheat over to 390F (200C)

Step 2

Add 50g of oats, 10g protein powder, 1 egg white, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 100g carrots, 1 tbsp sweetener, and 150g water into a blender or Vitamix

Step 3

Blend on high for 30 seconds until everything is combined and then pour into an oven-safe dish.

Step 4

Add in blueberries or other berries if you wish or just make it plain and bake without any toppings.

Step 5

Bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked and cake-like. Serve immediately and enjoy your volume eating breakfast.
