Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F and spray 9x13” pan with non-stick spray

Step 2

In a large bowl mix together peppers, onions, cauli rice, alfredo sauce and 100g ff shredded mozzarella. Pour into pan.

Step 3

Top with cooked ground beef and then remaining cheese.

Step 4

Bake for 35-45 minutes until onions and pepper have softened and cheese has melted.
