Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Grease an 8 1/2x4 1/2-inch loaf pan.

Step 3

In a bowl, add the flour, the sugar, the baking powder, the salt, and the baking soda and whisk to combine.

Add the butter into the flour mixture and stir until combined.

Step 5

Add the orange zest, the orange juice, and the egg to the flour mixture and mix well.

Fold in the cranberries and the walnuts.

Step 7

Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean, about 1 hour-1 hour 15 minutes.

Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes.
