Step 1

Drain syrup from pineapple into a 2-cup measuring cup; reserve crushed pineapple. Add boiling water to equal 1¼ cup; transfer to a large bowl.

Step 2

Dissolve gelatin in hot syrup mixture; chill 1 hour and 30 minutes or until partially set.

Step 3

Fold in cranberry sauce, oranges, zest and crushed pineapple.

Step 4

Pour into a 4-cup mold and chill 2 hours or until set.
