Step 1
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add the chopped carrots to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.

Stir in the chopped apple and peas, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in water or low-sodium bone broth and let simmer for 3-5 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Step 5
If using, stir in coconut oil while the mixture is still warm.
Step 6
Remove from heat and allow the meal to cool completely before serving.
