With this Homemade Bisquick Mix, you'll never have to buy Bisquick again! It only requires four ingredients and tastes just like the real thing. You can substitute it in any recipe that calls for Bisquick and you can't even tell the difference.

Homemade Bisquick Mix

all-purpose flour

Tbsp. salt

Tbsp. baking powder

vegetable shortening

Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.

Cut in shortening with a pastry blender or whisk attachment on your stand mixer, until mixture has turned into fine crumbs.

Store in an airtight container for up to 4 months.

I love this mix. My daughter gave it to me as  typically I bake and cook a lot.  Thank you for availing it.
