Place all ingredients into a large saucepan over a low heat. Stir continuously until all ingredients are dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir constantly, until it's thick and caramel coloured.
Step 3
Make sure the mixture doesn't catch on the bottom of the pan and burn.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and beat the mixture well until it starts to thicken. Pour the mixture into a tray and leave to cool.
Step 5
Before the fudge sets fully, carve lines on the top of the fudge to create squares, then cut when cold. The fudge will stay fresh in an airtight Kilner® jar for up to 3 weeks.
