Step 1
Heat a small sauce pan on medium and add your coconut oil. Allow it to melt, slowly stirring, and (while still hot) stir in coconut sugar until it is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Pour this mixture, along with the rest of the ingredients, into a blender or food processor and blend on high for at least 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Pour into a container, like a butter mold, ice cube tray, or any container and place in the fridge.
Step 4
Leave in the fridge overnight to set. If you're in a rush, you can also let it set in the freezer, but in my experience the texture is better when it sets in the fridge.
Step 5
Enjoy on pancakes, French toast, in cookie recipes, on toast, etc.
