Step 1
Start by preheating the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Score the ham into a diamond pattern by cutting about ⅓ deep using a sharp knife.
Step 3
Line a baking tray with foil and place the ham inside & cover
Step 4
Baste the ham with the honey mixture
Step 5
Cook for 1 to 1½ hours and baste again
Step 6
For a further 3 hours until temperature reaches 140°F
Step 7
If the glazing starts to burn you can cover with some foil
Step 8
When cooked removed from over and leave to rest for 15-20 mins before carving
