Ingredients: 2 tbsp Dijon mustard; 1/2 tbsp Honey; 1 tbsp White wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar); 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil; 1 tbsp Chopped fresh dill

A tangy sauce with a touch of sweetness, this recipe has just the right proportions to make it luscious but not overly sweet. A traditional side for gravlax (cured salmon) but can be used as a salad dressing or any other way you like!

Dijon mustard

tbsp Honey

tbsp White wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

tbsp Chopped fresh dill

Combine the mustard, honey, and vinegar in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in the oil and stir in the chopped dill. Refrigerate until use.
