Add salt, be very generous!

Bring to a boil and allow it to boil for 20-30 minutes.

Remover the tripe with a slotted spoon and into a colander. Rinse it off.

Discard the cooking water
Step 6
Cut into smaller pieces or whatever is required for the particular recipe you are making

Add 1 cup of water per pound of tripe.

Pressure cook for 30 minutes, then do Instant release.
