Step 1
First, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Take a baking dish and line it with aluminum foil paper.

Now, take the Chilean sea bass fillets and place them in the prepared baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together chicken broth, minced garlic, white wine, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.

Pour this mixture over the fish fillets in the baking dish.

Top each fillet with a pat of butter.

Now, seal the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 4 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked through.

Once done, take the dish out of the oven and keep it in the room temperature for a few minutes to let it cool.

Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the fish before serving.

Serve hot with your choice of side dishes like rice, vegetables, or salad.
