Step 1

Combine salt and lavender and store in an air-tight jar to infuse the lavender flavor. The longer it’s stored, the stronger the scent and taste. Remove the lavender and use for desserts or even in savory dishes!

Stir the wine and salt together, until the color is present throughout the salt. Use in recipes, garnish desserts or place a small bowl out for a special dinner.

Step 3

Combine salt and lime zest and mix with a fork. You can either leave the zest in the salt or strain it. Use for margarita rims or savory recipes.

Step 4

Combine salt and Earl Grey herbs. Try in dessert recipes.
