Heat a large non-stick saute pan to medium heat with olive oil.

Brown the sausage, breaking the pieces apart with your wooden spoon. After browning, set the sausage aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, saute the onions, garlic, green bell peppers and celery until tender. Add the seasoned salt and Cajun Spice mix and saute for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked white rice and toss together. Pour in the water and scrape the bottom of the pan of the brown bits.
Step 5
Toss together until the rice is hot and serve.
