Step 1
Place a large saucepan over high heat, add the coconut oil, garlic, onion and ginger. Saute for 5-7 minutes, until the onion turns translucent.

Add the spices and saute for 3-4 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the coconut cream and bring to a simmer before adding the shrimp.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the shrimp have cooked through.
