Pour into a well greased Bundt pan and bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean, from center. Let cool about 15 minutes and remove from pan to wire rack. In medium bowl, combine Glaze ingredients and mix until smooth, adding water, if needed, a drop at a time. Pour over cake on rack and then let cool, completely. In mixing bowl, combine cream and Whiskey and beat until soft peaks form. Add sugar and mix until combined Serve over cooled slices of cake
