Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook chicken until cooked through and golden.

Add minced garlic and diced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until garlic is fragrant and mushrooms are tender.

Deglaze the pan with the white cooking wine, stirring to scrape up any browned bits.

Pour in lemon juice and add green beans to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, bring water and rice to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover pan with a lid, and simmer for 20 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
Step 6
Once the rice is done, top it with the skillet of chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve.
