Step 1

Place sugar in mixing bowl and grind 10 sec/speed 10. Scrape down lid and sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Step 2

Add ice cubes and crush Turbo/1.0 sec/4 times. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Step 3

Add lemons, lime and water then chop Turbo/1.0 sec/4 times.

Step 4

Insert simmering basket, hold in place with spatula then strain into a jug. Serve in glasses.
