Ingredients: 2 cartons (1/2 gallon each) lime sherbet; 2 cans (46 ounces each) pineapple juice, chilled; 3 liters ginger ale, chilled

This lime sherbet punch delivers refreshingly zesty flavor, and the pretty pastel punchbowl will make your guests take notice.

Make the punch

In a large punch bowl, scoop in the sherbet. Add the pineapple juice and ginger ale. Stir until the sherbet is partially melted. Serve immediately. Editor’s Tip: Add the ginger ale just before serving to keep the beverage bubbly.

40 Boy Scouts loved this punch!!  I made this recipe for a Boy Scout picnic.  It was a hit with the boys as well as the adults.  Many of the kids had never had foamy green punch and were curious to try.  Prepared in two large pickle jars.  Simply packed cold soda  and frozen sherbet in cooler and prepared at the picnic.  Highly recommend for a large group of kids!

<p>Everyone at my daughter's 1st birthday party loved it! Our punch bowl from $tree would only hold 20 cups so I used 2 bowls and scooped 2 quarts of sherbet into each bowl the night before and covered them and put them in the freezer. Then we did 1 can of juice and filled with ginger ale and kept adding ginger ale as people drank more to dilute the mass amount of sherbet. Super easy and my new go-to recipe!  We used 4 liters of ginger ale for 1 batch of this punch.</p>

This is one of favorite at the kids' Christmas party at the office when the employees bring their children to visit Santa.  It is very easy to make and quick to do!

I made this punch for a baby shower. It was simple, delicious and refreshing.
