Step 1

In a bowl mix together the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion and carrot.

Step 2

Gently mix the salad greens with Dressing of your choice

Step 3

Put each slice of baguette on a oven ready dish

Step 4

Put about 1 oz of goat cheese on each slice

Step 5

Put in broiler until cheese is melted

Step 6

Plate the Salad Greens with two pieces of the baguette with goat cheese and drizzle with some honey.

Step 7

Sprinkle pine nuts over the top
