Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery

With passion fruits, cut and remove pulp into a bowl (both pulp and seeds) to get 1/2 cup

Add pulp to sieve and spoon until all liquid is strained through. (Save some pulp seeds for garnish)
Step 3
For mango pulp, blend mango with enough water to make it work in your blender. You don't want it to be too loose.
Step 4
Add the mango pulp to passion fruit juice
Step 5
Add 3 cups water
Step 6
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar
Step 7
Mix together and taste for tartness (this can vary depending on how sweet your fruits were)
Step 8
Add more sugar if needed or more water
Step 9
Add 2 dash of bitters
Step 10
Put to chill
Step 11
If using seeds for garnish, at the base of the glass drop pulp and seeds, pour juice mixture in, take seeds only (no pulp, it will sink), and drop at the top of the glass.
