Step 1
Begin by pouring the coffee, milk, caramel syrup, sugar, and ice cubes into your blender.
Step 2
Pulse the blender until the frappe is ready to be poured but still remains thick.
Step 3
Mix another small amount of caramel syrup with your coffee if desired. It should dissolve completely. (Optional, depending on how much you like the caramel flavor)
Step 4
Blend on medium to high speed until you reach the consistency you like. Some blenders have a frappe speed.
Step 5
Add more milk if you find that the mixture is very thick. You can adjust according to your liking.
Step 6
Add the caramel and whipped cream on top.
