Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 400 F / 200C.

Step 2

Add the corn on the cob to a bowl and spray with some low-calorie spray and the best salt ever and combine.

Step 3

Place the corn into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, turning a couple of times during cooking so that they cook evenly.

Step 4

Remove and serve topped with some extra salt, lemon zest and chopped cilantro.

Step 5

Light your campfire or grill to medium heat.

Step 6

Spray the corn with a little olive oil spray or lightly rub on some olive oil.

Step 7

Grill the corn over the campfire or grill for about 4-5 mins on each side, turning regularly until the corn is cooked and charred, make sure to turn it every few minutes.

Step 8

When done take it off the grill and serve topped with some extra salt, lemon zest and chopped cilantro
