Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2

Prepare brownie mix as directed.

Step 3

Pour into a greased 33 x 22 cm baking pan, and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Using a mixer, beat cheese until fluffy.

Step 5

Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Step 6

Add eggs, extract and colouring.

Step 7

Pour evenly into baking pan over the cooked brownie.

Step 8

Bake for a further 25 minutes or until lightly brown.

Step 9

Spread frosting over the top and cut into bars.
