Mummy Rice Crispy Bars

Step 1

Line a 8” square tin with parchment.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a saucepan

Step 3

then stir in the condensed milk.

Step 4

Add in the marshmallows and heat on medium low until melted and fully combined.

Step 5

Tip the cereal in a large bowl. Pour in the melted marshmallow mixture and stir to coat the cereal completely.

Step 6

Press the mixture into the prepared tin into an even layer. Leave to cool and set for a couple of hours.

cut into 18 bars. Drizzle with some melted white chocolate and give your mummy a couple of sugar eyes.
