Step 1

Take a wok/Pan. Heat it .

Step 2

Add oil to it. When its hot add chopped garlic ,ginger and onion to it.

Step 3

Saute for 1 minute on high heat ,till it looks light brown.

Step 4

Add ginger garlic paste to it .Saute for 1minute again.

Step 5

Add mushroom to it .Saute it for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Add green peppers to it .Stir it once.

Step 7

Add soy sauce ,red pepper flakes and vinegar to the pan .Mix everything together and let it cook for 30 seconds.

Step 8

Add rice and stir it nicely .Make sure everything is mixed nicely.

Step 9

Add green onion to it .Add salt according to your taste .You probable wont need much .Add just a little ,since we are using soy sauce.

Step 10

Serve hot and enjoy.
