Step 1
Make the CAMPBELL’S® Mushroom Broth Syrup by mixing CAMPBELL’S® Mushroom Broth and sugar until dissolved. Alternately, you can reduce the broth and sugar in a saucepan for a more concentrated flavour. (Syrup will keep in fridge for up to 1 week).
Step 2
Measure the rum, fresh lime juice, and 1 oz. CAMPBELL’S® Mushroom Broth Syrup into a cocktail shaker.
Step 3
Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
Step 4
Fill a glass with ice then strain the Brothtail into glass. Garnish with a few drops of truffle oil. Enjoy.
