Preheat oven with oven tray to 220°C/200°C fan forced

Roll out dough to a 20cm x 30cm rectangle on a large piece of baking paper. Combine parsley, garlic and oil in a bowl. Brush oil mixture over pizza dough. Sprinkle with Perfect Pizza cheese, thyme and salt

Transfer pizza, on paper, to preheated oven tray and bake for 20 minutes or until base is cooked and cheese is golden brown

Whisk yeast and water in a heatproof jug. Stand for 5 minutes or until frothy

Place flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre. Pour in the yeast mixture and oil. Using your hands, mix the dough until it comes together and is smooth. Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead briefly
Step 6
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap. Set aside in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes to an hour until it doubles in size
Step 7
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for another 5 minutes or until smooth. Divide the dough into two portions, freeze one half and use the other to make the Cheesy Herb & Garlic Pizza
Step 8
Roll out pizza dough to desired size. Sprinkle a little flour on the bench before rolling to prevent dough from sticking. Your dough is now ready to use
