In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas and tahini together.

Add in a pinch of salt and taste. Season to your liking. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle the top with the paprika. Garnish with an extra drizzle of olive oil and, if desired, the pine nuts and chopped parsley.
