Step 1

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook seeds, stirring, for 2 minutes or until seeds pop. Add cumin, turmeric and garam masala. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until fragrant.

Add garlic, ginger and onion. Cook, stirring, until onion softens.

Step 3

Add mince. Cook, stirring, until cooked through. Add water or stock. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Remove from heat and stir in coriander. Serve with cucumber slices.
