Step 1
Insert the Grill Grate and close the hood. Select GRILL, set the temperature to MAX, and set the time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.

While the unit is preheating, whisk together the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oil, and maple syrup in a large bowl. Add the broccoli and toss to coat evenly.
Step 3
Place the broccoli on the grill grate when the unit beeps to signify preheating. Close the hood and grill for 8 to 10 minutes until charred on all sides.
Step 4
When cooking is complete, place the broccoli on a large serving platter. Garnish with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
