Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Evenly pour the corn chips into the prepared baking dish, covering the bottom as much as possible.

In a large microwave-safe bowl with the microwave on the high setting, add the corn syrup and the sugar and microwave in 1-minute increments, stirring well after each interval, until the sugar mixture comes to a boil, about 3-4 minutes.

Transfer the sugar mixture from the microwave to a wire rack.

Add the peanut butter to the sugar mixture and stir until smooth.

Evenly pour the peanut butter mixture to completely cover the corn chip layer. Do not stir.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl with the microwave on the high setting, add the chocolate chips and microwave them in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until melted and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 8
Evenly spread the melted chocolate chips over the top of the peanut butter layer.
Step 9
Let the bars cool until they are set, about 1 hour.
Step 10
With a serrated knife, cut the cooled bars into serving-size pieces and serve.
