Step 1

In a large stainless steel bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.

In a separate large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and marshmallow fluff until smooth.

Step 3

Gradually add the whipped cream to the marshmallow/condensed milk mixture and gently fold to combine. Fold in the toasted marshmallows.

Step 4

Pour mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan and spread evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for up to 6 hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy!
