Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Shape the ground beef into 4 patties. Season generously with salt and pepper on each side. Make an indentation in the center of the patties using your thumb.

Grill for 4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is achieved. Use a meat thermometer to test for doneness - cooked beef has a temperature of at least 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 4

Place the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave on high for 30 seconds or until runny.

Step 5

Top the bottom buns with 2 slices of cheese and a burger patty. Spread the peanut butter generously on patties. Top with 2 to 4 slices of bacon and cover with the top buns.
