Step 1

Place garlic, ginger and onion into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Step 2

Add oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric and curry powder and sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Step 3

Add pumpkin, canned lentils, canned chickpeas, celery, water and stock paste and cook 10 min/Varoma//speed .

Step 4

Add green beans and mix well with spatula until well combined, then cook 3-4 min/Varoma//speed 0.5, until beans are cooked through.

Step 5

Transfer curry into a thermal serving bowl or other large bowl and stir through lime juice, salt and coriander leaves. Serve immediately with a spoonful of natural yoghurt.
