Step 1

Preheat oven to 225

Step 2

Place garlic in an ovenproof bowl and top with olive oil. The oil should just cover the garlic.

Step 3

Place bowl on a foil lined sheet pan and put in oven.

Step 4

Cook low and slow for about 1.5 hours. Till garlic is light brown and soft and your house smells ridiculously good.

Step 5

Let garlic cool in oil.

Step 6

Store garlic and oil in fridge and try to use both within a few weeks.
