Romaine Salad with Parmesan Vinaigrette

Parmesan

Dijon mustard

red wine vinegar

garlic,

olive oil

salt and pepper

hearts romaine lettuce, chopped

Whisk the Parmesan, mustard, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl. Whisk in the oil. Sprinkle the vinaigrette with salt and pepper. Toss the lettuce with the vinaigrette. Serve immediately.

Nice simple dressing with a little bit of a twist. I liked it but wasn't crazy about the garlic so I'll just use less of it next time.

I made this last night. So so delicious! I used it on a pasta salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, scallions, kalmata olives. Going on my “go to list”!

We used to make Caesar dressing from scratch for salad, and one night, we didn't have "lemon" so I found this recipe, we tried it and love it so much. This vinaigrette is more refreshing + less fat + less calories and tastes perfect!. It's also easy to make. I just put all ingredients in a jar and then shake it!!!!  Voila! I give all thumbs up for Melissa. Thanks 

This was easy to make and my wife and I enjoyed it a lot. I will make this again.

This was very tasty. You can also use balsamic vinegar instead of the red wine vinegar ;)
