Step 1
Coat your chicken slices in half of Mingle’s Satay Recipe Base and 2 tbsp of soy sauce

Cover cubed chicken in satay marinade & set aside for 20 mins
Step 3
While chicken is marianding, prepare satay sauce by combining the other half of Mingle’s Satay Recipe Base sachet, 1 tbsp soy sauce,¼ cup peanut butter, water, lime juice, minced ginger & chilli oil
Step 4
Thread chicken onto skewers (about 4 - 5 cubes on each), heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan & cook chicken for 2-3 mins on each side, until golden
Step 5
Serve on top of rice or with salad & drizzle over the satay sauce
