Step 1

Add the Paul's Zymil milk, semolina, sugar, vanilla essence, dye and coconut in a large pot and constantly mix until it comes to boiling point.

Step 2

Once boiled add the butter and keep stirring for another couple of minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes like a thick custard.

Step 3

Add 5 drops of water into a loaf pan and add the mixture into the pan. Set aside to cool to room temperature and place in the fridge for four hours until it sets.

Step 4

Once set, turn out the pudding on to a flat dish.

Step 5

Melt the chocolate over simmering water and add the Zymil cream. Once it has a creamy texture drizzle over the pudding and decorate with Turkish delight or nuts of your choice.
