Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
Place the frozen dough balls on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Cover the dough balls with cling film that has also been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Step 4
Let the dough thaw completely for approximately 2 hours.
Step 5
Once the dough is thaw you will press a ball into a flat disc. (I like to do this over my closed fist.)
Step 6
Place 4 pieces of pepperoni across the center of the dough.
Step 7
Top the pepperoni with about a tablespoon of cheese.
Step 8
Roll the dough into a cigar and fold the end inward.
Step 9
Place the pepperoni roll seam-side down in a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Step 10
Let the dough rise for another hour, until it doubles in size.
Step 11
Place into a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Step 12
When finished baking IMMEDIATELY brush with melted butter.
Step 13
Let cool in the pan.
Step 14
Serve and Enjoy!
