Step 1 In your Wok or Pan, add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and when it is hot, add your beef and stir fry until cooked Step 2 this should take at least 3-5 minutes. Set aside. If you are adding eggs to this meal, scramble your eggs and set aside before cooking your beef. Set heat on medium high. Step 3 In a bowl, add boiling hot water into your chow mein and let it sit for at least 2 minutes. Sieve and set aside. Step 4 In your Wok or pan, add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. When oil is hot, add your vegetables, and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. If you are using Chili paste, add to the vegetables at this point. Add your beef, shrimps and eggs and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes. Set heat on medium high Step 5 Add your noodles, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir fry for at least 2 minutes. Cover and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Uncover and add your sesame oil and if you are using sriracha sauce, add to your noodles at this point. And stir fry for another 2 minutes. Set heat on medium high. Step 6 Your food is ready!!!
