Step 1

Place garlic and ginger into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

Step 2

Add onions, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and rice vinegar, place simmering basket onto mixing bowl lid and cook 5 min/212°F//speed 1. Transfer to a serving bowl and set aside.

Step 3

Place water into mixing bowl. Set Varoma into position and weigh in snow peas, secure Varoma lid and steam 13 min/Varoma/speed 2. Remove Varoma, set aside and allow to drain.

Step 4

Transfer drained snow peas to bowl with reserved sauce and toss to combine. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve immediately.
