Step 1
Chop purple onion and set aside.
Step 2
Shred Cheddar Cheese - set aside.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef, salt, pepper, shredded cheese and spicy mustard - mix well.
Step 4
Once mixed well, take out approximately 1/3 pound of ground beef mixture. Roll it into a ball and place into a foil-lined cookie sheet.
Step 5
Then using 2 fingers, press a "hole" into the center of ground beef and continue to "pinch" and form into a meat-bowl shape. Note - leave enough ground beef on the bottom to hold the filling.
Step 6
After making all your ground beef bowls, place inside a bit of coconut oil in the bottom.
Step 7
Fill with shredded cheese and top chopped onion.
Step 8
Lastly wrap stuffed ground beef bowl with a slice of bacon. Then place the 1-inch piece of bacon on top of cheese and onion in the center.
Step 9
Repeat this for all burgers until ground beef is all used.
Step 10
Place into preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
