Add peppers, onion, and cheese to one patty for each burger

Set the second patty on the loaded patty and pinch the edges together
Step 5
Pick up and slap together, shaping the edges and making sure it's all secure
Step 6
Grill until done to your preference. Make sure you measure temperature in a few spots, the veggies and cheese will be a different temperature than the meat!
Step 7
Add lettuce & tomato to the grilled/toasted bun
