In a bowl, mash together meat, egg, Heinz Ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika

Make thin patties (you use two patties per burger, so make them thin).

Add peppers, onion, and cheese to one patty for each burger
Step 4
Set the second patty on the loaded patty and pinch the edges together
Step 5
Pick up and slap together, shaping the edges and making sure it's all secure
Step 6
Grill until done to your preference. Make sure you measure temperature in a few spots, the veggies and cheese will be a different temperature than the meat!
Step 7
Add lettuce & tomato to the grilled/toasted bun
Step 8
Top with Mustard and Ketchup
