Step 1
Note: this is easiest to make if you have leftover salmon! But in case you don’t, start by grilling it.

Preheat your grill to the highest setting.
Step 3
Season the salmon all over with salt and pepper and the garlic powder. Place the salmon on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes, then gently flip and grill for 2 to 3 minutes more until it’s cooked through. Remove the salmon and let it cool. Flake it with a fork until it is in pieces.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayo and mustard. Add in the salmon, peppers, onions, feta, dill and chives. Taste and season with a bit more salt and pepper (this will be determined by how seasoned your salmon is to begin with).
Step 5
Once made, this stays great in the fridge for a few days! Serve with crackers, on croissants or lettuce cups, in sandwiches, pita and more.
