Step 1
In a large bowl, combine dry cake mix, butter and 2 eggs. Blend well to make a very thick batter. Pat into the bottom of a greased 13"x9" baking pan; set aside.
Step 2
Beat together remaining ingredients - 2 eggs, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract; pour over cake mix batter.
Step 3
Bake at 350° pre-heated oven for 30 to 35 minutes; do not overbake.Topping will look runny, but will set as it cools.
Step 4
I can't wait till it cools, because it's ooey and gooey and good! This also browns super easy!
