Step 1
Heat a medium size pot on low heat and add olive oil.

To the pan, add diced onions and continuously stir. When the onions start to turn translucent add diced garlic and continuously stir.

Then stir in the tomato sauce, water, dried red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, dried parsley, dried basil and dried oregano. Stir together.

To the pan, add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and Parmesan cheese. Stir all ingredients together.

Simmer uncovered on low heat for 45 minutes to an hour. Stir occasionally. If a thicker sauce is preferred, let simmer longer until it has the desired consistency.

Transfer a small spoonful of sauce to a small bowl. Let cool enough for a taste test it. Add more salt to the sauce if needed.

About 4 to 5 minutes before serving, to a large pot, add water and bring it to a boil. To the boiling water, add salt.To the boiling water, add the angel hair pasta.

Cook the pasta until its al-dente according to package instructions.

Drain the pasta (don't rinse). Don’t rinse the pasta after cooking it. When pasta is rinsed, the starch is removed. The starch on pasta helps to hold and absorb the sauce so it’s important to keep the starch on the pasta.
Step 10
Serve with the pasta right away topped with warm marinara sauce.
Step 11
Top each serving with the grated Parmesan cheese.
