Really good and simple enough that my husband was able to make it by himself:)  Yummy!

Having large wide fillets, I doubled everything except the Parmesan cheese.  I added 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs and heavy on Penzeys Sunny Spain seasoning.  I coated the fillets and baked them on the top rack at 400° convection for 10 minutes. Of the 4 adults at the table, no one cared for the Parmesan cheese but thought the fillets were perfectly cooked. I would make this again without the Parmesan cheese.

Surprisingly delicious given the simple ingredients and short amount of time it takes to prepare! Will definitely make again and again!

I wasn't too sure about this as I prepared it, but the end result was delicious!!  5 stars!

Make sure you marinate the fish for about an hour before you cook it.  The taste was good but not strong enough without the extra marinating.

Didn't have any lime, so I used lemon.  It was wonderful.  Cooking times, which are often inaccurate with fish were perfect.

Have been making over and over since it appeared.  Even my picky kids eat it up!

i LOVE this recipie! It is so easy, and comes together in a snap, not to mention that it is just flat out FABULOUS on the taste buds :) i always add a little oregano and parsley in the cheese mix and use a shredded parmesan, asagio and romano mix in place of the plain parmesan. SO GOOD!

Wow!  This was SOOOOO good!!!!   Easy and quick to make.  I make sea bass last weekend, and this was even better than that!!!!  A definite winner!!!

Easy and tasty recipe.  I did not put in the butter because I saw no reason for it.  It tasted great without it and the topping was probably thicker without it. I also didn't bother with the foil.  I just sprayed my broiler pan with non-stick spray.  Easy clean up and I didn't waste any foil. I will definitely be making this again.

This is probably the BEST tilapia I have ever had!  I was out of lime juice and substituted Lemon juice and it's absolutely STILL amazing!  LOVE IT.  So easy it's embarrassing, yet doesn't taste simple!  Kudos!
