Step 1

Add the chicken leg quarters to a crockpot.

Step 2

Combine Italian herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper, to taste in a bowl.

Step 3

Season the chicken with the prepared spice mixture.

Step 4

Cook the chicken for 3 hours on HIGH or 5-6 hours on LOW setting.

Step 5

Preheat broiler.

Step 6

Remove the chicken from the crock pot and arrange onto baking sheet.

Step 7

Generously brush the chicken with cooking juices from the crockpot.

Step 8

Broil the chicken for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
